Sound Healing Meditation is equal parts guided meditation and equal parts Sound Healing, utilizing a variety of crystal bowls.

The simplicity of playing just the bowls on their own allows the nervous system to regulate and move into an integrated space of stillness and healing.

Through gently guided meditation, you will be led in and out of a deeply grounded and connected state to fully receive and maximize the healing frequencies played throughout the practice. Each session is aligned to welcome and meet the energy of whatever season or cycle we are currently in.

Chimes are used near the end of the practice to differentiate the Sound experience and gently guide you back.

Can be done seated or lying down or both!
