The season opens in October with the world premiere of GRACE, a new original creation by LED Directors Lauren Edson and Andrew Stensaas, featuring breathtaking contemporary dance, an original score performed live, and immersive scenic design. Set in the 1940s and inspired by the physical and emotional world of wrestling, GRACE explores the rituals we create, the rules we follow, and what happens when those rules begin to break down. Funny, fierce, and theatrical, it exists somewhere between a wrestling ring and a dinner party. Featuring an ensemble of eight powerhouse artists from across the country, GRACE is an evening of athleticism, humor, theatricality, and raw human connection, asking what lies beneath the roles we play and how we find our way back to one another.

Open mics are where comedians go to work out new material, polish their act, or just cut loose and have some fun with the crowd. Whether they're brand new or true veterans, you know that the comedians you see at an open mic are putting in the work. Plus, with a curated rotating list of killer local hosts, you know you're in good hands at the Cowboy Room. If you're interested in trying your hand at stand-up, 6:30 is when the sign-up list opens! Ask the bartender where you can find the list -- all you need to do is write your name. The host will let you know when you're on and how much time you'll do. Break a leg, and bust a gut!

Open mics are where comedians go to work out new material, polish their act, or just cut loose and have some fun with the crowd. Whether they're brand new or true veterans, you know that the comedians you see at an open mic are putting in the work. Plus, with a curated rotating list of killer local hosts, you know you're in good hands at the Cowboy Room. If you're interested in trying your hand at stand-up, 6:30 is when the sign-up list opens! The event will run from 11 am to 6 pm and features local artists and vendors who don't fit into your typical 'Holiday Craft Show'. You'll be able to find those one-of-a-kind gifts for your friends and family that can be hard to come by. We will be holding a donation drive for the West Valley Humane Society. Each donation will get you an entry into a raffle for one of four themed baskets. Krampus will be there to take pictures with. There will also be a costume contest. The Wicked Winter Market is hosted by the Society of Fandom Advancement, which aims to provide a safe space for geeky women over 18 to express themselves without fear of judgment or rejection! We also aim to strengthen our community by supporting local artists, and businesses through our events.
