The band, low-fi, is a five-piece band from Boise, ID. The group plays a smooth melodic style of alternative/ indie rock with elements of folk, progressive rock and funk mixed in.
We have a quadruple release with a fresh batch of JAPANESE RICE LAGER, WOLF PAW hard seltzer, DIRTY SHIRLEY hard seltzer and tapping another keg of the WAFFLE CONE STOUT.

~ JAPANESE RICE LAGER ~ Light Japanese style Lager with 150 pounds of rice and pilsner malt. Light and crispy! Draft available
~ WOLF PAW ~ Hard seltzer made with mango, guava and Sicilian lemons. Draft available
~ DIRTY SHIRLEY ~ A bubbly hard seltzer inspired by Princess Donut’s favorite drink, (IYKYK) loaded with maraschino cherries, lime soda, and grenadine. Sweet, tart, and delightfully pink. Draft and CANS available
~ WAFFLE CONE STOUT 2026~ Imperial Stout aged in Bourbon barrels and blended with waffle cone mix, vanilla and caramel. Draft & Bottles available

~ OUGHT NOT ~ Barbarian x Fort George collab brewed AT BARBARIAN- West Coast IPA made with New Zealand Cascade, Motueka, Riwaka and Peacharine hops. The only difference is that we used Peacharine instead of Nectaron hops, and since it was brewed at our place, not at Fort George, we’ll have a much larger batch (ie more draft & cans). 6.5% abv Draft & cool new can labels!
~ OKTOBERFEST ~ Bavarian style Marzen lager. The slighty darker & maltier version that USED to be served at Oktoberfest in Germany. 6.2% abv. Draft & Cans
~ FESTBIER ~ Our Bavarian style Festbier is modeled after the beer that is currently served at Oktoberfest in Germany. Malty, lighter body, and lighter in color than Marzens. 5.5% abv Draft & Cans
~ PEACH BOURBON SOUR ~ A blend of spontaneously fermented sours aged in Woodford Reserve Bourbon barrels then finished with 200 pounds of peaches. 7% abv Draft & Bottles
~ PUMPKIN SPICE PORTER ~ Persephone Porter with Pumpkin Spice extract. No pumpkin was added. 5% abv
